We have a quibble free returns policy.
If you’re not happy with what you ordered, you are welcome to return new products within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. If there are any problems with your order, including damages, imperfections, wrong item sent etc, let us know as soon as you can, and we will sort it out for you ASAP. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or organise a replacement to be sent out free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns for orders that you no longer want or have changed your mind about. You will be responsible for paying any return costs of these orders.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in the vast majority of cases, you will receive a refund within days. When returning an item, especially stone, please make sure you package it up very carefully. We suggest using the original packaging and box the item was shipped in as it must arrive back to us in good condition in order for you to be refunded.
