When you place an order, you can expect it to be dispatched within 24 hours. We use a few different couriers to make sure you get the best service possible.
Orders weighing under 2kg will be dispatched with Royal Mail 48. Orders weighing between 3-30kg will be dispatched with Parcelforce, on a 24-hour service. Orders weighing more than 30kg will be sent on a pallet, using a 48-hour service with Palletways.
We’re incredibly dedicated to getting you your order as soon as possible. So, all our products come with FREE & FAST DELIVERY to mainland UK addresses. We can often get your order to you the day after you placed it!
Unfortunately, there are unavoidable courier surcharges for any delivery address within the Highlands & Islands. A £12 surcharge will apply to the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE AB31, AB33-38, AB45, AB52-56, FK17-21 A £30 surcharge will apply to the following postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25

Pallets:
We pack our pallets very carefully & can get an awful lot onto one. Please be very careful when opening them as items can move and fall as packaging is taken away.
Please note free pallet delivery is to your kerbside only or to the nearest safe location that we can unload the order from our vans. Someone will need to be home to take delivery of the order. Pallets can only be manoeuvred on a flat, level surface! Freight drivers are only contracted to bring pallets as close as they safely can to your front door. They are often very helpful and will do their best for you however they are not contracted to unload or move the pallet within your garden.
